Julia is a graduate of the University of California at San Diego. Prior to her work at CAPA, she co-founded a nonprofit benefiting San Diego's refugee community. Her work also focused on the special needs of orphans and children in low income families. This experience primed Julia for CAPA's specialized programs and services; as CAPA's bi-lingual educator and case manager, she will be improving services for Jackson County's Spanish speaking population. In her spare time, Julia enjoys spending time with her husband, gardening and fishing.
