Karen joined CAPA's clinical team as a therapist in 1997. She provided direct theraputic services to child victims of abuse. Over the years, Karen has transitioned into a supervisory role, providing training and supervision for clinical staff and student interns. In 2005, Karen became the Clinical Director, overseeing all Counseling services. Karen graduated with her MSW from the University of Kansas and is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker.
