Susan handles CAPA’s payable/receivable accounts as well as the various funding source accounts, including private pay insurance. Susan also assists with reception duties and making our clients feel at home. “Being a lifelong resident of Independence, I am grateful to be a part of CAPA’s mission to help in the community!” Susan has been with CAPA since 1999.
